1) Is shipping included? - Yes, I include Shipping cost as part of the total price to contiguous US.

Note: Shipping is included , however ground transportation cost for 4X4 size continue to rise significantly over the past few years.

2) Do you use Plywood to make your Barn Quilts? - No, I use Medium Density Overlay (MDO) Board. Often referred to as “Sign board”.

3) How would I hang or mount my Barn Quilt? As each application is different, the purchaser is responsible for the installation of your American Garden Barn Quilt. Most applications require securing the Barn Quit direct to a structure. The most common way is to drill holes in each corner (or where a sufficient structure aligns) of the Barn Quilt and bolt direct to a structure. Stainless Steel washers and screws are desirable. Also a rubber washer can be used to prevent moisture intrusion. Interior applications may use D ring hangers with heavy wire/cable on the back side to mount to a secure stud.

IMPORTANT - All mounting hardware must be rated to withstand the weight of your Barn Quilt.

4) Will my Barn Quilt be Weatherproof? - Each application is different and may be we subject to many different environmental conditions. My American Garden Barn Quilts have sealed edges (wood glue) to prevent moisture instruction. The MDO has three coats of Primer. Next, the Barn Quilt design has 3-4 coats of exterior high quality paint. Finally the Barn Quilt is sealed with two layers of water based sealant.

Additionally, I do not use product such as a Polyurethane that would make the Barn Quilt “yellow”over time.

5) How will my Barn Quilt Ship? - I use Fed-Ex Ground to ship my Barn Quilts. The Barn Quilt is packaged in a corrugated box specifically designed for my Barn Quilts. The Barn Quilt is first wrapped in plastic then placed into the Barn Quilt box. The corners of the box are reinforced with metal corners to prevent damage. (see 4x4 Barn Quilt FAQ below)

6) How long will it take to get my Barn Quilt? - That depends on the size and the design. Each American Garden Barn Quilt is handcrafted and hand painted. Smaller Barn Quilts are usually 2-3 week to produce and 2-3 days to ship. Larger and more complicated design can take 3-4 weeks to paint - plus a few days to ship.

7) Can you make Custom Design Barn Quilts? - Yes, I make many Custom designs. I will work with you on a design and a color scheme that works for you. However, please be aware - once you approve a design and I have painted the design, requested modifications or changes may incur an additional design fee. Also once I have sealed the Barn Quilt I cannot change the design or colors.

8) Can you paint a Logo onto a Barn Quilt? - It depends. I can paint a logo if you are the "copyright owner" or "copyright holder" or you have created your own Logo and grant authorization. However, I cannot paint non-ownership copyrighted material onto a Barn Quilt.

9) Can you make a 4ft x 4ft Barn Quilt? Yes, I have made and shipped many 4x4 Barn Quilts. They remain very popullar size. However, due to significant increases in Fed Ex shipping, I would request potential buyers to contact me to discuss cost of the Barn Quilt plus shipping.

You agree that American Garden Barn Quilts, or it's representatives, do not guarantee that services and products will be uninterrupted without errors, accurate or be timely. No claims, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made by American Garden Barn Quilts, or it's representatives, as to the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our products. Furthermore, American Garden Barn Quilts, or it's representatives, accepts no liability whatsoever for the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our products.

2) Product Design and Quality:

You agree that each American Garden Barn Quilt is individually made, individually designed and hand painted. Therefore, each American Garden Barn Quilt is unique in design and color. Color representations made through brochures or your monitor, displays or electronic devices may not be accurate. I try to standardize my specific designs and colors but the purchaser accepts slight differences in the layout and color. You also agree that Custom Barn Quilts are subject to design modification fees, if there are requested changes; after you have agreed to the Barn Quilt size, design and color.

3) Barn Quilt Installation:

You agree that each installation, mounting or display is the responsibility of the purchaser. American Garden Barn Quilts does not provide mounting hardware or mounting locations in the Barn Quilt. American Garden Barn Quilts, or it's representatives, claim no responsibility or product, personal, or financial liability due to installation, hanging, mounting or displaying of American Garden Barn Quilts. By purchasing an American Garden Barn Quilt, the purchaser agrees to all responsibility.

All American Garden Barn Quilts have multiple layers of primer, paint and sealer making your Barn Quilt weather resistant. However, you agree that purchaser and/or user conditions of the placement and location may affect the durability, performance and product quality of your American Garden Barn Quilt.
